Hand Made Southwestern Pottery - High Fire Stoneware & Terra Cotta

Our southwestern pottery is made here in Arizona using traditional native American techniques and special artisan color finishing.  Raku pottery achieves its unique one-of-a-kind colors by placing natural elements of plant leaves, shards of wood and metals in the red-hot kilm during the firing process.  Horsehair pottery is made using a similar technique only using real horsehair in the kilm which flashes instantly leaving a carbon trail on the ceramic creating the design you see.  Each piece is 100% unique and variations will occur because of these special finishing techniques. These pieces are made to order and may require additional time before shipping.
