Clay Thompson has done it again. Instead of writing his own material, he solicited recipes from his Arizona Republic readers, stuck them in a book with some old columns, and is now passing it off as his newest creation. It does include his mom's fried chicken recipe, so maybe there's something good here after all. You will have to be the judge of that.
