Raku Pottery

Western style Raku Pottery is made using a stoneware clay fired at extremely high temperatures and exposed to various natural elements including copper, sawdust, straw, paper, and other items to create colorful carbon trails on the surface of the piece.  This process is unpredictable and results in the one-of-a-kind finish you see in this pottery. These Raku southwest pottery pieces are available in different size vases, bottles, and votives.
