Order Information

Placing an Order

 

Orders can be placed:

Both the billing and shipping addresses must be addresses in the United States.

 

All items that are billed to or shipped to an Arizona address will also be required to pay Arizona state sales tax.

 

Payment Method

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express and corporate checks.  All online credit card orders are processed immediately by our secured server through Authorized.net, a leading provider of internet-based transaction services, which provides the highest levels of secure transaction infrastructure available to e-commerce merchants. Please pay on time. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to any account due after 30 days.

 

Cancelled Orders

 

An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. For orders that have not been shipped, you must call us within 1 business day after placing the order at 800-424-0870 or 602-441-5611, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time. Orders canceled by email or voice mail message will not be accepted and will be processed as normal.

 

Gift Basket Orders

 

We strive to keep our baskets exactly as they are shown by carrying a large inventory of gift baskets and gift basket items, however, the product photos are a representation of what may be delivered. We reserve the right to substitute gift baskets, containers, food items and non-food items with items of comparable value, without notice and without any discount or refund to the buyer or recipient.

 

Due to warm temperatures during the summer months, chocolate items in our gift baskets may be replaced with non-chocolate items of equal value.

 

Custom & Special Orders

 

Customized samples require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. Your deposit will then be applied to your final order.

 

Custom and Special orders require a 50% deposit before an order can be processed.

 

Custom or Special Orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded after payment for any reason. A Custom or Special Order is defined as any item that is changed or altered in any way to meet the customer's demand.

 

Shipping Information

Shipping Method

 

We use a variety of carriers and will choose the most appropriated delivery method for your shipping address. It is not possible to choose a preferred carrier when placing your order.  If you select 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping, we will use, at our discretion, the shipping method that will get your gifts to you or the recipient within the chosen time frame as best as possible.

 

Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges will be noted during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the shopping cart before checkout. Shipping charges are determined by the item(s) weight, size, shipping method (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, etc.) and address. Some items must be shipped separately.
 

Shipping will default to UPS Ground. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, please call us at 1-602-441-5611 for an estimated shipping amount. Shipping upgrades are not available for all items.

 

Oversized items like large gift baskets and large wall art are considered oversized packages. These charges will be calculated by dimensional weight. Dimensional weight considers density to determine the shipping charge, which is the amount of a space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. This shipping charge will be displayed upon check out. Items with dimensional weights may or may not be noted in the product’s description.

 

Shipping Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, longer during Holidays or periods of high volume.

 

Because some of our items are hand made to order, delivery times will vary greatly.

 

Delivery time is calculated from the day of the actual shipment.

Example;

·  Day 1- You purchase a Cactus Garden, with 3-Day Shipping.

·  Day 2- Arizona Gifts processes the paperwork, charges your credit card and sends the information to the nursery.

·  Day 3 to 17-The nursery will plant the cactus and allow it to dry for 14 days.

·  Day 18-The cactus is packaged for shipping.

·  Day 19 to 22- UPS picks it up on day 19 and then delivers the cactus to you on day 22 (Or day 25 if your order includes shipping during Saturday and Sunday.)

The number of days required from the day you order until the day you receive it is 22 or 25 days.

 

Gift baskets usually ship in 1-2 business days. Most other items ship in 5-7 business days.

Business days include Monday through Friday, except holidays. There is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

If you choose Standard Ground Shipping, delivery date is an estimate and is not guaranteed by our carriers.

 

To expedite your orders, some of our items will be shipped directly from the artists.

 

Once the package is shipped, our carriers are responsible for the product.

 

Shipping Addresses

 

Our carriers require the correct physical shipping address and will not ship to Post Office boxes (PO Boxes).

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is given to us, our carriers charge Arizona Gifts, LLC  for address changes, return shipping, re-shipping, etc. Arizona Gifts, LLC will bill your credit card for these additional charges.

 

If someone is available, our carriers may, at their discretion, obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available, they may leave the package at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

 

If you want to send the same item or multiple items to different shipping addresses, you will need to place separate orders or call us to place the order.  

 

International Shipping

 

We are not able to ship internationally to other countries. However, we will ship any item to your friends or family in the United States so that they may ship it to you internationally.

 

Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is available Monday – Friday. Pickup times are scheduled by appointment. There is a minimum charge per order for packaging and handling. All items that are picked up or shipped to an Arizona address will also be required to pay Arizona state sales tax.

 

Items Damaged during Shipping

 

If your items have been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise so that we may contact the carrier. Arizona Gifts, LLC. is bound by and will abide by the damage policy of the carrier used. Typically, you must retain all packing materials for inspection (i.e. inner and outer boxes), as well as packing materials and the damaged merchandise.

 

Any verified damaged items will be replaced.  We do not issue refunds for damaged items.
