Gift Basket - FAQ & Resources
Substitutions: Depending on product availability we may substitute gift basket items or containers with products of similar type or value. For example, we may substitute the salsa flavors, nut mixes, candy, or the container itself. This is to ensure your gift basket ships as quickly as possible and ensure the absolute freshest food items available. If you have specific requests please call or email us in advance.
Christmas Holiday: Due to the large amount of orders we receive this time of year we do our best to coordinate all orders that we've received before December 11th (December 3rd for Corporate & Bulk orders) to arrive before Christmas. In order to do so, we ship gift baskets according to shipping transit times to east coast and mid west recipients first because severe weather may present delays. Although you may request a suggested delivery date in checkout we cannot gauruntee or schedule specific delivery times. We will not issue refunds if your order is delivered before your requested delivery date. We have many orders shipping this time of year and cannot schedule specific delivery dates for every order combined with delays that may arise with FedEx.
Note: Our office will be closed from Christmas Day (December 25th) through New Years so that our staff may enjoy the holiday season with their families. We will reopen on January 4th. All orders placed within that time frame will be processed and shipped after that date.
What to expect...
Shipping: In order to ensure that all products arrive safely and undamaged - most gift baskets are arranged specifically for shipping, shrink-wrapped, and packed in an oversized box with packing peanuts. Photos of gift baskets on our website here are presented in the best visual manner possible to show the contents, container, and overall design. Re-arrangement is needed for shipping so that items arrive safely. We do our best to make them look great while preventing breakage, especially with salsa and other jarred glass products. Tortilla chips are typically packed in a separate box inside with the basket to ensure they arrive without damage.
Shipping Charges: We do our best to keep shipping costs low and accurate. However, sometimes rates change and shipping costs may not always be correct, and with over 4,000 products on our website, at times things get overlooked. Please use the shipping calculator in the left column in the shopping cart box after adding the items to your cart - if the charges do not seem appropriate please call us and we are happy to check and adjust the charges if necessary.
Multiple Recipients: If you are sending multiple gift baskets to many different recipients, give us a call at 1-800-424-0870 or email us and we can help save you time! You can send us an Excel file or list of recipients via email and we can prepare everything in one order and verify correct shipping charges.
Local Delivery (available for Phoenix only): For gift baskets delivered in the Phoenix area, we are happy to prepare and deliver gift baskets ready for presentation as shown in the photos - with products staged and added cello wrap and bows. If you would like the gift basket order to be delivered ready for presentation, please call us or tell us in the customer notes area when placing the order online.
** We work with local resorts and deliver large bulk orders to the receiving docks via courier to save you money and ensure safe and prompt delivery for high priority and time sensitive events.

We've been providing custom gift basket and gift bag assembly for meetings and conventions and other bulk orders since 1990. You can choose from one of our standard designs and make adjustments or we can create something completely new around your requests and budget.
Budgets: We have created custom gift bags ranging anywhere from $8 each for small mini cello bags with small local-made single serving items for room-drops, to giant sized gift baskets with 100+ products for corporate executives at over $380 each. The sky is the limit with customization options if you have the time and budget. We will work around your requests to create something that will have a lasting impact with your guests.

- Private Label Food - Place Your Logo or Event Name/text on our southwest-design label blanks
- Card Inserts or Gift Tags - Write your own personalized or generic message card to attach to each package
- Incorporate Color - Choose specific ribbon and spring fill colors to coordinate with your company graphics
- Interactive or Repurposed Containers - Cowboy hat baskets are great because the recipients can wear their cowboy hat in the sun after the contents are gone. Tote bags and gift bags work great for trade shows because guests can use them to carry other items in.
- Include Take-Home Gift Items - custom sandstone coaster sets, mini glass cactus, customized Golf ball kits, Arizona Souvenirs, etc
- Marketing Materials/Branding Reinforcement - Send us your print materials or branding promo items and we can insert them into each gift bag.
